We had been at our location ever since 1997, and had NEVER had the ducts cleaned, so we knew it would be a HUGE job. David was so helpful and explained what needed to be done (and wasn’t even turned off with the amount of dust in our vents).

We were and are EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the excellent customer service and professionalism, they also sent us an email of the before and after pictures.

Also, we had 5 Star Furnace come out to our resident property in Steinbach, and they did an EXCELLENT job there too. We will now have clean air to breathe at work and home.

They came into my house and showed me their Hyper Vac and I was pleasantly surprised that they took the time to explain to me how it works and why their system works better than other companies. A great couple business owners here, definitely will use them again in the future.

I have used other duct cleaners in the past some good and some bad. 5 Star Furnace & Duct Cleaning were by far the best I have ever used. I hate to sound cliche but they are a breath of fresh air.
